At CostaLuz Estates we are convinced that you will not find an estate agent who can provide a better service. Therefore, we have nothing to fear from our competitors and we will not pressure you into giving us the exclusive rights to sell your home.
All of the properties listed by CostaLuz Estates have been verified by a team of property law experts from our legal department. Each property description includes a reference to its specific legal situation and an explanation of exactly what that entails. You will always know what you are buying and will be able to make an informed decision accordingly.
Our legal department will provide the buyer and seller with documents proving the verifications performed by the firm, bearing the identity and seal of the person responsible for each of them.
The buyer will therefore have proof of the information that they have been given. If a dispute arises between the parties, we will mediate at no charge, informing the parties of their rights and the deadlines for filing claims and lawsuits for them to be valid.
