A real jewel is this dream villa of Andalusian/Moorish architecture on the steep coast of Conil de la Frontera, at barely 4 km walking distance from the town centre. Located on a plot of 2.500 m² with a private azure blue pool, a big well-groomed garden and own boules area, we get through a beautiful massive wooden entrance door into a hall with pillars in arabic style, which extends to the generous living area with open chimney and an alcove with a cozy sitting area and the dining-area. On the right hand, we come into the open kitchen which has its own barbecue/chimney that invites to bake and cook. Especially impressive here is the big dome that is illuminated indirectly during the night. The kitchen disposes of all usual kitchen appliances and a kitchen island with its worktop.

From the living room to the right hand, there are two big bedrooms with their own complete bathrooms respectively, both in Arabic style. The main bedroom has its own dressing room and through a wonderfully handmade wooden terrace door we get onto the back terrace which leads to the big private pool (14x4,2m). The pool area is equipped with cozy seats and here we find another dressing room with toilet and an exterior shower.

On the upper floor of the villa, we come to a suite with own bathroom and open chimney. Through a glass door we have access to the lower roof terrace and a white built staircase that leads to the upper roof terrace which offers us breathtaking panoramic views. The view to the Atlantic Ocean extends from Cap Trafalgar to the port of Conil de la Frontera. There are views to the sea or the garden from all rooms of the property. On some days, you can see the coastline of Morocco and Tanger. The famous Cala de Aceite near the port and the Cala Puntalejos are only a short walk away through the stunning landscape of the steep coast.

The outside area of the property offers two nice terraces that invite to sit down and enjoy life under the Arabian style roofs with its pillars. The entrance of the property offers sufficient parking space, amongst others two roofed parking lots.

The whole villa is equipped and decorated with a lot of tasteful details in moorish style and the visitor has a feeling of 1001 Nights.
